The Recipe Story
A traditional and well loved Rajasthani dish, it consists of hard wheat rolls and flavourful dal combined together. The hard wheat rolls are usually cooked in an earthern oven which gives it the signature smoked notes. Usually consumed with sweet Choorma and lassi.
